The QCJMD offered different livelihood programs like Bayong Making, Abaca Cake Share Making, Artificial Bonsai Making, Wallet Beads Making, Tailoring Bakery or Bread Making presents income-generating activities to Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) during their confinement where they are able to earn for their personal upkeep and for financial support to their families.

This initiative aims to equip PDLs with valuable skills in promoting productivity, self-sufficiency, and rehabilitation. The program not only fosters creativity and discipline but also provides them with a sustainable source of income, both during incarceration and upon reintegration into society.
