The QCJMD continue serving access education like BS Entrepreneurship, Alternative Learning System (ALS) for Senior High, Junior High, Elementary and Basic Literacy program for Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL). This programs aims to boost PDL confident and offers a vital pathway and to rehabilitation a positive change by providing access to education and skills development.

In addition, education programs include vocational training and skill-building workshops to improve their chances of finding employment after released. This program can equip them with marketable skills, making them more competitive in the job market and reducing their reliance on criminal activities.
