Following the recent profiling conducted by DOLE–NCR, the TUPAD program at QCJMD now moves forward to the Orientation and Contract Signing of qualified Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs).

Through the program, PDLs are given the chance to gain livelihood skills, provide for their loved ones, and contribute positively to the community.
